1General Introduction

bgdok (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and sports betting service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. By using the bgdok website or application, you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "player") are considered to have accepted all the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, bgdok reserves the right to close the account at any time. bgdok may request valid identification documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Password Management

Use a strong password and change it regularly. Using the same password across multiple websites is not safe. bgdok will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3.3 Account Verification

bgdok follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before processing a withdrawal or for security purposes, we may request any of the following documents for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or Birth Registration Certificate
• Passport or Driving License
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Information related to the payment method

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on bgdok is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. You must use your own account when making a deposit — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. This time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

bgdok monitors all financial transactions. In the event of unusual or suspicious transactions, the account may be suspended pending investigation. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgdok offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (deposit + bonus). If the specified wagering requirement is not met after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once per account
• Wagering requirements must be met before playing with the bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable once wagering is complete
• bgdok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If a player attempts to abuse or exploit a bonus, the account will be closed

5.3 VIP Program

bgdok's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver offers 0.5%, and Gold offers 0.8%. Tier upgrades are based on a player's regular activity and loyalty.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

bgdok follows a fair play policy. All our games are operated by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely unbiased results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, bgdok will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, bgdok will not be liable for any losses caused by server errors, network issues or technical failures. In the case of incomplete rounds, bgdok's decision is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

8Limitation of Liability

bgdok accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Interruptions to third-party services
• Account hacking or unauthorized access by unapproved third parties
• Incomplete transactions caused by technical errors
• Natural disasters or Force Majeure events

bgdok's total liability shall not under any circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bgdok platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases and other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of bgdok or its licensors.

11.2 Closure by the User
